Information we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:

• Beta access requests: your name, work email, organization, role, intended use, and any note you choose to provide.
• Account information: identifiers, name, email address, profile image, and authentication information supplied through Clerk. We do not receive your password.
• Product activity: research questions submitted through Ask, generated answers, citations, usage timestamps, and related product telemetry needed to operate and improve the beta.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, and security or hosting logs collected automatically by our service providers.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us or send product feedback.

How we use information

• Review and respond to beta access requests.
• Authenticate users, administer access, and protect the product.
• Provide requested research results and preserve your Ask history.
• Diagnose errors, evaluate product quality, and improve features and source coverage.
• Communicate about access, material product changes, support, or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Protected health information and sensitive data

MedicaidInsights.ai is not designed to collect, store, or transmit protected health information (PHI), patient information, personal health details, or other sensitive personal data. Do not enter that information into beta request forms, Ask, feedback, or any other product field. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel if a future engagement requires sensitive information.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the product, including Clerk for authentication, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, and model or infrastructure providers that help produce automated research results. They process information on our behalf under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We generally retain beta access requests and related contact information for up to three years so we can manage access and follow-up. Account records and product activity may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, quality, legal, and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or necessary for security and recordkeeping. To make a request, email contact@insighthealthcareadvisors.com.

Children

The product is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
