Acceptance and beta access

By accessing or using Medicaid Insights (medicaidinsights.ai), a product of Insight Healthcare Advisors, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. The product is an invite-only beta. Access is personal, may not be shared, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Informational research tool

Medicaid Insights organizes public healthcare policy, performance, enrollment, board, and related source material. It uses automated extraction, synthesis, and generated analysis. Content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or superseded, even when a citation is provided. Source links may change or become unavailable.

The product does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, investment, accounting, or financial advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Always validate claims independently before making business/financial decisions.

Permitted use

You may use the beta for your own internal business research and evaluation. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls, systematically scrape or resell the product, or present generated content as independently verified when it is not.

No PHI or sensitive data

Do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient information, personal health details, confidential client data, credentials, or other sensitive information through Ask, beta requests, feedback, or other product fields. The beta is not designed as a HIPAA-compliant channel or patient-care system.

Accounts and feedback

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation to improve our services, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.

Ownership and third-party sources

The product software, design, original analysis, and branding belong to Insight Healthcare Advisors or its licensors. Public records and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership, terms, and attribution. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Insight Healthcare Advisors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on product content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law, changes, and contact
